Fred's new home
Folks, you can find Flathead Fred finally in the field, resting happily among the Poison Ivy plants.
I welded a big chain on his foot and welded the chain onto a 3/4" electrical conduit 24" long. They can remove it, but they better bring a shovel...

Looks like he has a Claymore mine mounted in his head...
Think of all the caches you can fabricate in your welding shop!!!

Ha! Yes it does... That is the plastic cache full of Sue's home-made jewelry. I welded a bracket on Freddies flat head.

Did you wear gloves when you placed Flathead, Jim?

Bring Fred's twin brother out here to eastern Oregon and plant him in our poison oak. I think it is even nastier than the midwest poison ivy. I know I did not get poison ivy when I grew up on Wisconsin, but I sure do get the poison oak out here in Oregon. I is especially annoying if you have been working around it and then have to "relieve" yourself while in the bushes. Don't ask how I know this!
