Rubber Roof On Living Room Slide
Need Help on what to repair the outer edge of the slide rubber roof with. What I mean is on the outer edge there is a strip of rubber that is running along the edge and after hireing a guy to wash and treat the roof this is coming up. I think he used a presure hose,anyway I don't know what to look for or what it is called. Can someone help me out? I am afraid that it is going to leak.The other slides look great just this one is peeling up. Be Careful of who you get to do your roof. I want to give him a

Try looking into Eternabond tape. I am not sure of exactly where your problem is but it might be something that can help.

Your post reminds me of the tape like stuff that my rig has that apparently covers the junction where the slide out rubber roof meets the "flange" that seals against the side of the rig when the slide is in. Mine doesn't seem to be adhering all that well and I'll probably replace it with Eternabond tape at some point in the future.
Is it the tape like stuff you're referring to?

I'm sure Keystone Customer Service can tell you the type of tape they use (or suitable replacement product). The Eternabond stuff is probably as good as any other.

I own a Honda Pressure washer and I would never take it near an RV. Too many things to destroy.

If you go to http://bestmaterials.com/Eternabond.aspx you can purchase Eternabond tape for $42.89. That's where I buy mine. It's a lot cheaper than CW. The stuff works great.
