Bedroom AC Leaking At Return over TV on 3710FL

Please help. I have a 2017 Montana 3710 FL that is leaking water into the bedroom return vent over the TV. The unit was leaking from both vents originally and I had mobile repair work done while working in GA. I have just relocated to Freeport Texas and during the Labor Day weekend monsoon I woke to everything soaked from the vent in front of TV and wardrobe, the one over the bed is not leaking. I cannot put unit in shop because I am a full timer working the construction circuit. I am looking for anyone that has advice on repairs and a qualified mobile repair company in the Freeport area.

First to find a mobile repair company, I would join the facebook group "mobile repair companies across the US and Canada". Lot's of great mobile repair info there, and if known they can give you a recommendation. Second, I would pull the cover and see if the drain is clogged or if the sealant is missing from a couple of unused mounting holes, a known issue on many brands and Dometic has sent a bulletin out on it. If your first mobile repair didn't use the right sealant it could have hardened and either cracked and/or pulled away.

If it is a Dometic Blizzard read this, it sounds like the same problem many of us have had.

This was discussed in a couple of threads early last year, and one of those had very specific instructions to follow for the ultimate fix.

This was a problem on our (early) 2016 HC it is amazing that Dometic is still producing these things without the drain holes, and Montana is still installing them. Even more amazing is that not all the dealers are aware of this, after at least 2-1/2 years!
