Cold air coming from under counters

I remember the subject of a cold draft coming from under the counter in the kitchen some time back. Was it from around the water heater? Was there a fix or was it something to just live with? Was the fix worth the efforts and really solve the issue?
Thanks.

Our 2002 3295RK has a BIG hole on the back side of the water heater. I pulled the drawers out and look in there with a flash light. I took some 1/4 inch panel an screwed it to the back wall to at least cover the hole. It cut the cold air flow way down but does not do much if your looking for below freezing weather operation. They cut the hole so they could wire and pipe fit the plumbing for the hot water heater. Hopefully the newer units are assembled a different way.
I hope this helps.

There are drafts all over the place. In our 3400 behind the john..you could see into the side compartment..under the bathtub 2 large holes around the piping down into the compartment.Just about everyplace there is a pipe or wire going through the floor the hole is 2 or 3 times bigger that it needs to be,,foamy stuff , caulking..It is just part of owning a camper...

We used rubber grommets on the small holes with the water lines(have to cut grommet, to make fit) on the larger we used foam pipe insulation comes in different thicknesses ( this stuff I liked best). Also put over exposed water lines.
