Outside Pics of New 2014 3850FL

George Person was kind enough to send me some pictures of our new Pride and Joy sitting on the lot of the Fayetteville, NC Camping World. Thank you George!! The service department there has already started on the modifications and are hoping to have the rig ready for pickup this weekend or next. As a reminder, they are swapping out the propane oven for a motorhome type drawer dishwasher topped with a new stainless steel cooktop, installing new washer and dryer, installing new Sleep Number bed, and finally installing the new Winegard Travler Auto-Seek satellite reciever for Directv HD atop the rig. Love the black air conditioner covers, love the paint job, hate it being six hours away! On to the pics:

Can't wait to pick it up!! Thanks again to my new hero - HOOK (forum ID), Larry (he who did real goooooddd!)

Gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous. You must be itching to back up to that beautiful rig. I don't mean to be late to the party, but are those steps I see on the street-side behind the slide?

Yes, the 3850FL has a front door as well as a back door. When the slides are in, the bathroom is accessible via the back door, and the kitchen area and the fridge are accessible via the front door.

That is very nice!
You guys deserve it; I hope you get many miles and several camping trips (some with us) out of it. We’re looking forward to seeing it when we’re camping with you guys later on.

Bingo, very nice. Looks like you can stop over night along the road and have access to the kitchen, bathroom and the bed without opening any slide. That is one of the reasons we went with the 3580RL, being able to have access to all three areas without opening any slides. Sure helps for short late night stops along the road. I see the color pattern has changed some. Yours looks good and I also like the black AC cover.

Joe,
As soon as we can get pics of the dishwasher install, I will post them. The only thing I know for sure is that the dishwasher is 2" wider than the oven that it will replace. The 3850 has room on the sides to trim the one inch off each side. Not all models have this room available on the trim boards around the oven. The Dishwasher is a Fisher Paykel Single Dishdrawer. Fisherpaykel.com is the website for all the info.

I think the unit is beautiful inside and out, the new color sceam is better than other years. now all they have to do is figure out how everybody that is sitting in the front room can ALL watch the TV with out getting a stiff neck.
