So here's the final verdict. I for one am very annoyed at how this repair was handled. I havnt received a single phone call from this dealer in the two months that they've had it. I've always had to be the one to call and see what the problem was. They either had the wrong part, were waiting on parts, blah blah blah. Bottum line it ended up being a cracked black tank. I ended up having to pay for the diagnostic work $125.00 and also $75.00 for freight because neither of those gets covered under warrenty (which odly enough, i was never told about the fine print. Lesson learned) then add the 80.00 winterizing and 100 deductable.. Grand total, $414.00. Terrible customer service. They'll be nice to you when they want to sell you something, but when it comes to warrenty, the true service comes out.
