Three fender screws missing two of the right side one on the left side. One on the leading edge of the fender blew the hole out will need bigger screw head. My fault as on the 06 we replaced all the fender screws with machine screws and nuts so they would not fall out. Another isolated incident.
We are also missing fender screws on the 3750. That will be taken care of on the new rig, by adding something on the inside of the fender well to prevent them from backing out. I am thinking of the small square washer-type thing-a-ma-jigs (I have no idea what they are called), that are commonly used on junction boxes, etc.

Rich,
Sorry to hear that your coach is not living up to your expectations. I know how frustrating that can be, especially with the prices that are being commanded for these new units. I am not throwing stones or going to start a war, but I will say that my dealer has dropped the Montana line up and is now in the process of possibly dropping the Redwood line up. I inquired as to why and they stated that the number of issues/repairs on the Montana's are going up and the number of warranty denial claims is going right up along with it. I inquired as to why are they thinking of dropping the Redwood line up and they said that they are starting to experience the same thing with that line - especially now with the recent MGT shakeup over there. With the Montana's they said they are seeing so many "little" issues, exactly like the ones you are experiencing and it is hard for the dealer as their customers feel someone else should eat the repair bill instead of them. It puts the dealership between a rock and a hard spot as they want to take care of their customers, but at some point the bleeding has to stop. This dealer was selling on average 12 Montana's a month and have been averaging approx 9 Redwoods a month. I also spoke with my original dealer out west and they also are depleating their inventory of Montana's and will have limited inventory going forward. They also claim warranty claims are up and Keystone denials are up almost double compared to last year. I really hope this is not an indication as to what we can expect from Keystone, Redwood, Thor, or the RV industry in the future.

That might be just what is needed to wake up the Rv industry. Build quality is killing the industry. We did see quality control stickers at individual stations on units on the assembly line and we never saw that before. Perhaps Keystone is seeing the light .Time will tell.
