2019 3120rl roof material
How do you know what the material is, rubber or tpo? The dealer recommended treating the roof with uv protection every 90 days, from what I’m reading, owners manual and online, nothing more then regular cleaning with mild detergent is needed. With all the products available, what have you guys found to work the best for you? Thanks Paul

The membrane is TPO. There are tens of thousands of commercial buildings out there with TPO roofs that do not receive even a yearly or bi-annual wash. Lots of posts here discussing roof maintenance. I have come down on the “wash a time or two per year” and that’s it.

At a rally several years ago the roof manufacturer said they don't need to be washed or treated ever.
