Winnipeg, Mb to Tucson, AZ best route
We are planning to head south on about Nov 7 for our first Snowbird winter in Az. We are leaving from Winnipeg, Mb down I29 with planned stops in Sioux Falls, Wichita, Amarillo, Albuquerque with our 1st long term stay in Tucson. 1st night in Sioux Falls will probably be in a hotel as most campgrounds are closed for the season. 2nd night we will have to stop early as we will have to de-winterized and stock up the kitchen. All stops along the way are tentative depending on the weather and depending on how I'm feeling as I am a driving team of one.
Any suggestions from those with more experience on route or places to stay would be appreciated.
