Update on on my 3791RD, my unit is out of the shop again!!!!! We hope it is the last time. Replaced underbelly, restrecched the roof and fixed tank sensors again. We won't know if sensors stay working until we get to use the unit,,Again 5day job turned into 4wks...Keystone says they will extend warrantee ,can't wait for Goshen...want to meet people from factory. The one thing we could take away from this experience is warranty sticks by you. We were assigned a representative through our one year and three month ordeal and Shelly Zartman was ours. She was professional and went above and beyond the call of her work. She made it bearable. As much as we had almost 100 things wrong with our unit warranty fixed everything. Warranty stuck by us. Soooooo even after this long process people ask if we would buy another one? My answer would be yes because of warranty and because of one person only and that is SHELLY ZARTMAN.

Temple-- Your tank sensors will NEVER work right! They are probe sensors and soap scum and toilet paper get stuck on the probes and they will not register correctly when this happens. Go to the top of the page and the Search engine here. Key in tank probes or the like and see how many threads you will find on just this subject. It's a constant problem and the only way to get away with the problem is to install outside sensors on the tanks. This is added expense to you BUT it will give you somewhat correct ideas of the amount in your tanks.
