Mor/ryde shackles bolts

I was inspecting the springs and shackles. It appeared the bottom nut on both on door side was loose, I could put my finger nail between the nut and shackle. On the drivers side only one look the same and one was flush. I sprayed them with PB Blaster and attemted to tighten them, eight bolts and nuts. I only could tighten one of them using wrenches. Are they suppose to be like this or should I touque them with an air rachet? Thanks Jack

Jack, MorRyde specs called for 40Lbs torque on the replacement wet bolts I just installed for the MorRyde X Factor. I know I could have cranked them down a lot more. The torque from the factory was about 40Lbs also.
