He quit, and opened his own business, took cody with him. If you do a search on him it will lead to a web site and some blogs on his move. But of course, can't remember the site!!

He probably got tired of all the temper tantrums those three family members would have, I know I did. he was quite a fabracater, glad he's got his own place now.

I hate to see them go, but for every one of them there are 10 more like them, 10 more better than them, and 10 more worse than them. It will be just a matter of time before they are replaced. No one is indispensable.
