Graphics on PC blurry?

I'm haveing trouble with my the graphics on my pc. The pictures on all the web sites are blurred and the color isn't right.It seems that the pixels are larger makeing the picture blurry. I've tried changeing the pixels but am not sure if I'm setting them right. The fonts are OK except if there in the pictures then there also blurry. Any ideas

If you are using Windows, rightclick on a blank spot on the desktop, choose Properties. On the Settings tab make sure the Color Quality setting is at 24-bit or higher. It might say 16 million (or higher).

This affects all pictures, not just websites. If your problem is only on websites and the above setting is ok, post back and one of us will try to help. In that case tell us if you are using a Mac, windows xp, or other operating system. And whether your browser is Internet Explorer, Firefox, or something else.

If you are using IE Accelerator and if you have it set at the fastest speed, your graphics will be blurry. If you bring it down to a slower speed, they should clear up.
