Charging center not working

Our trailer is a 2017 3710FL and the charging center is not working. This is the one with 2 USB ports and a 12 volt power point. Woke up this morning and my phone, which was plugged into one of the USB ports, was not charging. The USB ports are warm to the touch. All other 120 volt plugs are working. That is the extent of my troubleshooting so far - still having coffee.

Anyone else have this problem? How are these things wired? Are they 120 volt or 12 volt with transformer?

I will probably just pull it out and blank off the wiring and hole in the wall.

I had a wire come loose in mine. Pull the unit out to check it. There is a big nut that holds it in.

Thanks. I pulled it out and it is indeed powered by 12 volt. The wires were not loose but it was getting downright hot so I just clipped the wires and taped them off.
