Need to figure what our rig is worth....
Thinking about MAYBE selling our Big Sky. Lots of money going out right now and it may be an option...That AWFUL sentence being said, I need to know where to turn for a good ball park on value. It is an 09 Big Sky 365REQ, 10th Anniversary Edition. Amonf other things, it has a combo washer/dryer, front and rear AC, it is wired for a generator, has MorRyde pin box and suspension, 2 Fantastic Fans,a 42 inch pop up Toshiba TV, slide awnings on all 4 slides, 4 new (6 months old) G614 tires, a 1 year old Sharp micro/convec oven (that is way better than the original). Oh, and we even have the original bed spread and pillows that came with the king size bed. Our dealer said to put that comforter away some where because having it in mint condition would be a big plus at trade or sell time! Web sites I have been to say maybe $48K to $50K. Anyone care to speculate how I might get a realistic value? Might even try to bundle in my truck. Wow, now that hurts! Thanks for any thoughts.

X2 It's what I've used to sell two trailers. That and internet searches for the same model and year for sale. In both cases, I got more than $5,000 more than what was desired by the owners.

X3, then do a search on the internet and see what similar rigs are selling for off dealer lots and owner driveways.

Check with PPL in Houston. Their web site has a place on their home page, 1/2 way down on the left that lists what things actually sold for, not what NADA thinks it is worth.
$48-50K, I see no way it will bring that. The bed spread, we got rid of that years ago. You can buy a nice spread to sell with the trailer for $29.
Call PPL, they will tell you what it will bring in the Texas area.
