Problems with the main slide

During the warranty period we had the main (living room / dining room) slide on our 3295RK jump out of alignment when the slide was opened. This was fixed under warranty. We are now out of warranty. The slide again jumped out of alignment. We had it fixed at a cost of $200. Four weeks and a 1000 miles later the slide has again jumped out of alignment. The problem appears to be that the teeth on the front slide support slip when it is opened.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you get it fixed permanently fixed.

Thanks,

Glenn

Why don't you contact Montana and tell them what is going on. Since this is something that started while under warranty maybe they will give you some help.

We also have a 3295rk and have not had any problems with the slideouts, this sounds like this maybe a problem with your trailer as it has not been a big topic of discussion on the form. There should be something the factory can help you with, it sound like when the slideout arms or rails were installed they may not have been installed properly, I would contact someone at Montana to discuss this with. Let us know what they do to make things right with your probles.

Thanks for the replies. I do intend to contact Keystone, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had the same problem.

Glenn, we've not had that problem with our 3295RK either. I agree that talking with Keystone is probably a good idea.
