Light fixtures in Big Sky

We've had our Big Sky almost two months and decided the hanging glass fixtures could use cleaning. We took the bulbs out, unscrewed the top of the fixture which releases the glass globe and found out the plug for the bulb will not allow the globe to be removed. Are we missing something here?? I've never owned a fixture that has this setup. It looks like we have to remove the wiring from the plug to order to remove the globe.
If that's the case, these glass globes will be a real pain to clean and won't get done very often!
Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks,
Judy

Judy, very interesting, if you unscrew the top ball then the bulb and glass will drop down about 1". But as you said there is no way of getting it off with out cutting the wires or taking the fixture wires apart. Very interesting, guess you will have to clean them where they hang.

Dick,
I wonder what you do if one of them breaks....think I'll call Keystone and find out what their thoughts are.
