Maintaining the rubber roof
Having bought a used 5 year old Montana, the rubber roof is very chalky. I washed in real good with a recommended cleaner / conditioner, but it is even more chalky now (although it's very clean & white). I talked to the RV dealer & was told that the newer roofs being put on now are much better quality & don't chalk up like that. They gave no solution to mine. Any one else with older trailers having that problem? I feel most people tend to not even maintain the roofs anyway.
