$10,000 price difference--is this normal???

I have just been browsing the listings on rvtraderonline and have noticed for the Mountaineer 318BHS there is a price difference between dealers of up to $10,000. The options in all of them are very similar. The differences would not account for such a large spread, all are 2004 models...

Is this normal for there to be such a huge difference in price?????
