Question Hot water heater question

Our neighbor with a one week ownership of Montana High Country has a question regarding the water heater. It is located directly under their shower/ When in the kitchen, the faucet has very hot water, but in the shower the water is not hot enough. There are only a couple of feet between the two places in their rig. We could not find any sort of thermostat on theirs or ours. What could be making the large differential in water temps? Any ideas? She wants a HOT shower.

There may be an adjustment on the shower faucet. I know some for home showers have.

You may have a kink or blockage in the pex water line going to the shower or a problem with the shower valve it's self. how hot does the water get in the bathroom sink? The water coming out of are's is so hot you have to be careful when you turn it on. I changed out the factory valve on are's it was a peace of junk (All plastic).
