i saw that. But is that at 12000 lb or at the 16000 ?

Manufacturers will go with whatever looks best to the consumer. The pin weight you stated looks to be 19% of their stated dry weight. I also NEVER rely on brochure published weights. BTW 19% is the low end of what is desired and I think 24-25% is high end. My loaded pin is 20.8% according to CAT scales.
