My Kind Of Snow

Love the snow at a distance, one of our views from our long term site.

We had snow on the mountains yesterday. A light dusting on the top of the trees. It looked like powered sugar had been sprinkled on them, beautiful! It’s gone now but it’s cold, 8 degrees tonight. By Tuesday it should be back up to the high 60s.

I hate cold. And in order to have snow one needs cold so I hate both.
Did I mention that I hate cold?

Snow is best when visited for short periods - not lived in. That why our rigs have wheels.

I don’t mind the cold, snow or hot weather, to a degree. Cold down to 10 degrees and snow to about 6 inches and heat to about 90 degrees. I’m going to enjoy every day because you can’t know when you might check out.

Where are you (state) with your beautiful snow pictures? I don't like cold, snow or ice but I like looking at snow pictures. I live in Sunny Florida.

Beatutiful sight ..... as long as it's in the distance

Now that my knees are kinda shaky after 40+ years of downhill skiing and praying for snow, gotta say that the sight of 18 or so inches on our 5er now doesn't enthuse me these days. Then it's been well below zero these past two mornings.
