SOMETIME SEWER SMELL

We have a 2011 3455SA Monty. Has been parked since Oct of 2011. We have started using the unit again in early April. Everything okay.
On our last stay we noticed a sewer smell in the end cabinet under the sink when the exhaust fan above the stove was on.
We have 1 black tank, 1 gray tank for the bath & shower, & 1 tank for the kitchen sink.
All tanks fill okay & drain okay.
Water is in the 'J' pipe. No smell coming from drains.
Our unit has the vac at the end of the counter & next to that is where the drain & water lines pass-thru. That is also where the smell seems to be coming from.
I went up on the roof & removed the vent cap & tryed to look inside for blockage. Only seen a large spiderweb which I cleaned out.
We left the unit for about 1 hour with no fan on & the smell was not there. We then went home.
My question is why would the smell start. I have not moved the unit since last year & never had a problem before this. I always check the tank levels & dump them when the level is on the 3rd light indicator rather than the 4th light.
As I'm writting this I need to mentioned that I did put screw jacks at both ends of the axels. I have them on the I-beam only & they are only sungged up to stop the shaking. I can't see how these would effect anything.
How do I get to the vent piping if God forbid I need to work on that part.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks, Larry P

We had the same problem. I found at the end of last season that the cleanout for the washing machine (we dont have one) was loose and not sealed. Ours was located in the storage bay (under the bedroom). I used teflon tape and no more smell.

I don't understand. What do I do?? Are you saying the cleanout cap for the sink is loose?? And if it is, where is it??

Your kitchen sink probably, like most of ours, vents with a little black vent located under the sink. These type of vents are used in commercial buildings and homes when you can't or don't want to vent thru the roof. If you have one it could be that the little plunger is sticking open a little and the vent fan is then pulling the smell out. Taking the vent devise apart and cleaning it, or replacing it will solve the problem if that is what is causing your problem.

The black pipe in the storage bay that runs from where the washing machine would go toward the stairs. It is on the curb side of the unit. The black screw cap that has a big square on it. Mine was loose and that is where the sewer smell was coming from on out unit.
