Ducted A/C help

I didn't do a search so forgive me if someone has asked this before, but I doubt it. Varmints in the ceiling of our 2013 3402 RL. I've trapped several and we've tried everything to keep red squirrels out. They get in through the end caps is what I believe. I found grey foam bits with a clear plastic film on the face in the A/C outlet vents. With the ducted A/C on, I believe the air flow is less than what it was before the invasion. Any ideas on finding any holes and better yet plugging them if I find them? I have a small inspection camera, but it isn't very long. Appealing to the brain trust here.
