Yes they do but the government does inspection every thing they buy. Or they always did when I supplied parts.

Okay, around the campfire at the rally ask why we never launched shuttles from Vandenburg AFB. long but funny tale.

I used to at White Sands Test Facility Pert of Johnson Space center. Worked materials testing. Who knows may have tested something Lynwood supplied
