Washburn State Park, OR - Montana Owners Club

We just returned from a 10 day trip to Oregon Coast area. Calling ahead to Washburn S.P., just north of Florence - were advised to arrive as early in the week as possible for the best choice in spots - park is non reservation. We arrived Tuesday AM and drove right to one of the best spots in the park - beautiful setting, walking path to the beach, peace and quiet and great facilities. Full hookups - only 20amp - but with summer temps in the 60's most of the time - was all we needed. What a delightful area to visit - we will return.

Thanks Steve - I just accomplished retirement and now have more time to "hit the road". This was our first longer than a weekend outing - and we have the itch badly now. You and Vicki are true ambasadors of the RV lifestyle. While at Washburn, we "infected" the host with the need to jump into a Montana product and join the fold. Hope to bump into you folks again someday.
