The best RV company going!

Hi all -

I am a long time lurker, been RV'ing for over 20 years but I do not post often. I am the proud owner of a 2010 3000RK which recently had an issue that only came to light after we were out of warranty. I would like to print verbatim the response I received from Montana when I called them about the problem.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
"Now that I have seen the pictures I have had the tech team review them with me. We would like to have you take the unit to a Keystone service center and have them take care of this for you. We will take care of this as a goodwill for you. Do you know of a service center in your area? If so let me know who you have, and I will contact them and advise them how to proceed to get the authorization. As the unit is out of warranty, I will need to make that call."
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Service like that deserves all the recognition I can give it, I am involved in 2 different RV groups and you can be sure that everyone in both groups will know what level of service Montana owners can expect.

Now that is great to hear. I am sure you will be taken care of. It sounds like the dealer will not have a problem with authorization with Keystone even though you state you are out of warranty.

Glad to hear the good report and welcome to the MOC forum.
BTW, I just spent the last 1/2 hour looking at your photos. Very nice work.

Always like to hear stories like yours...makes me feel we made the right choice when we purchased our Montana and gives me confidence in recommending Montanas to others.

Did you have water on the floor in front of the fridge? That is what I had.

Dropped off my unit at the dealer today, Montana had called ahead and arranged everything as promised. The dealer said everything was prepaid and taken care of.

What a company!

be sure to put that on RV net as there is a lot of Montana bashing over there mostly by one person who was here once but got himself locked out.
