6000 or 7000# axles on a 2010 3000RK

I'm too lazy and its too cold to crawl under the trailer to check and see. Isn't it stamped on the axles? Keystone replaced the front axle and two new tires because of wear factor within the first year.

Mine has a metal tag fastened to each axle with info on it about the axle. Includes part number, maker, weight rating, date of MFG, order number.

My 2011 had stickers adheared to the streetside front of both axles. The info is also stamped on the rear of the axles. My 6000# axles both had negative camber instead of positive and on the rear axle only ... toe out instead of toe in. A local truck and trailer alignment shop bent the axles to have the correct positive camber and toe-in. My new fiver always "hunted" the high spots on the roads while towing. Now it pulls much better going down the road. Of the 3 Montanas that I've owned, the 2011 has been the most defect prone fiver.

I found it strange that Keystone would rather send a new axle than to pay to have the trailer aligned. I appreciate the new axle and 2 new tires, but it seems they could have had it aligned cheaper than sending a new axle.

My trailer has the axle rating on the sticker on the front corner, drivers side.
