Drawer below couch FALLS APART!

Our 3 year old Montana's drawer under the couch decided it was time to say goodbye. On our way to Duluth, MN today, the paper thin particle board pieces just shattered at all 4 corners. I have never seen anything put together with such poor quality materials. I plan on having a handy man back home rebuild the drawer using quality materials when we get back to North Dakota. Hope that is the only thing that falls apart on this trip!

Our drawer is not particle board. 2010 3455sa. seems to be formed plastic. Maybe you could check on getting one. probably something KS changed.

Ours fell apart the first year we had it and a tech at our dealer rebuilt it with some good plywood no problems since.

I suppose it depends on how much weighty stuff you carry in there. We just have some extra blankets & sheets in there, plus the inflatable mattress too. The only problem we've had was the drawer would open while driving on rough roads. We tried jamming pillows under it & that didn't help much.
We now added another strap to keep it closed...works great!

ours lasted about two years, I rebuilt it using triangle blocks at the corners and metal L brakets and it has been strong ever since.
