Every Rv factory is the same.We have been to every Fall rally since 2006 and have toured the Montana factory every year as well as other factories in the area. Nothing has changed in terms of the makeup of the workforce or the assembly line. You do see a lot of Amish working on the assembly lines but it is and always has been mixed workforce.
