The tanks are not heated themselves but rather are heated indirectly by hot air from the furnace being directed by venting into the basement and the undercarriage areas. Our 2007 3400RL actually had a label by the door that stated it had the artic package. I don't know if this was factory installed or dealer installed. I would venture to say that a call to Keystone-Montana with your VIN would let them look up the installation packages that were included on your rig. Hope this helps.
