First time out in the Montana!

After 3 years on the forum dreaming, that dream became reality this Spring. We just got back from our first trip out this past weekend in our new to us, 08 3400RL.

Friday night as Deb and I were setting back in our recliners, it sure felt like home....just like we've "been there" before.....such an awesome feeling. And then after a very restful sleep in our first ever owned king bed.......we slept so well that again, it was "just like home"......I don't know....I'm not sure that William and Kate have anything over on us!

Late Saturday night with thunderstorms and torrential rain, we were left feeling very secure and high and dry.

And now we're home.....and can't wait until our next trip out again! WOW!!!

I know exactly what you are saying. So far this season, we have been jipped out of a month of RVing due to winter rolling in every weekend. Enjoy your rig and make the most of it.

Congrats on your first trip Dino!
I know the feeling, we just got home on Thursday from our first trip too! Planning our next one already for this summer...
Assuming we can afford to pay for fuel of course!

Congrats on your first trip. We just got back from our first trip in the Montana also. Six weeks and 3400 miles to Florida and back. This is my third 5er and it's the first one I can honestly say fits us perfectly. There is nothing I have yet found that I do not like. As you said, it is just like being home.

Dino-- I think you need to come on out to Nebraska for the Central Plains Regional Rally, July 13th-18th, get a Rally under your belt and meet some really fine MOCrs. IF you have any questions give me a hollar!! Glad you had a safe and successful first voyage and hope you have many more in the future! If you aren't registered for the Fall Rally in Goshen, IN check out the Forum thread and sign up for that one also!

We share in your dreams. Just spent the week with little sister and three big brothers at Pikes Peak State park in McGregor Iowa on the majestic shore of the mighty Mississippi river. We all own Keystone RV's. Our new 2011 323 RL Highcountry is one awesome unit. WOW. Yeah, the price of fuel, geez. Just payed $4.25 a gallon, most ever. The price of this 'free' economy. Congrats on your first trip Dino!
