Jackson Ralley / montana Rep
Has anyone who attended the Ralley, heard from the Montana Rep about the graphics? He told me I would hear something from him in 3 or 4 days. What was his name and does anyone have his number.

His name was Charles Wade. I don't think I would hold my breath though. He told us he was going to call Pendleton before our trip there and get back to us within 2 days. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago...

Charles .....Who?????? dont hold your breath, he didnt do any of the things he implied at the Flying Flags Rally for me. Bla Bla Bla. and a good faith gesture, ha ha.

He had a get line for everyone at the “Rally’s” and most that I’m aware of are still waiting for an answer. I was next to Trailer Trash 2 at Flying Flags in 2007 and they are still waiting to hear from him along with Parrothead, Melnjoy and too many more to mention.
I’ am very sure you have better things to do than wait to hear form Charles A. Wade anyway good luck and we wish you the best…

Can only echo what the others have said. Charles Wade didn't follow through with what he told us in Buelleton either.

I have been waiting about over 6 weeks for a call back from Charles Wade about some issues I had on the new Monty that the dealer didn't seem prepared to address. I gave up.

Not to start a battle, but I have had great success with Charles Wade. In fact, he helped me get my custom carpet change on my 3400RL order back in 2004. I'm a tad surprised to hear this many folks have not received the outstanding service I did from Charles.

It is too bad that Charles comes off like this. He really does seem to have the best interest of the customer but his follow thru is often less than desired. I would think he could really benefit from taking an assistant with him when he's on the road. That way some follow thru might actually be accomplished.
It's obvious he really knows his business and he is an excellent speaker. If he could just get that follow thru thing down all would be great!
