It really helps to get correct answers if you tell us the Year, Make, and Model of your Montana. The best way is to add the information to your signature. Click on
User CP" in the second brown ribbon line to edit your signature.
The bottom covering is probably coroplast, a corrugated plastic. It is held up by screws (or nails on newer models) which can be removed to gain access to the plumbing. You can also cut a flap (make sure the opening is towards the rear) to gain access and then seal it back with Gorilla Tape or Scrim Tape.
Dropping the coroplast is usually easier, especially if you have a dropped frame models.
