Coroplast Underbelly/LP lines

Hello all. Have any of you replaced your underbelly Coroplast material? If so, what is your recommendation for thickness of material? Where did you purchase it? Should I add extra cross members once installed to eliminate sagging? Thank you in advance for your replies. Ours is not falling off but has many areas that are sagging.

On another note: how rusty should your LP line get that runs along the frame? Ours is covered with a coat of rust along the entire pipe. Should I be concerned? Trying to stay ahead of any potential problems in the future.

If the pipe is still solid underneath you should be ok, but sanding it and a coat of rustolium wouldn't hurt. I'm no help on the other end. I replaced cloroplast with the same material from a sign company. May have been a little thicker.

The pipe will rust but take forever to become a problem. The sagging coroplast is not that much of a big deal. It hangs on well. If it is held on with nails I would and did replace them with self tapping screws. It will make repairs easier down the road and you will be up in there to fix something.

X2 on advice above. Bigger issues will crop up down the road to keep you busy.
