Loud floors

Has anyone had issues with their floors making banging, metallic clanging and disturbingly loud noises? Ours is to the point you can hear it outside and people can hear it over the phone if you are walking around inside. According to Keystone based on pictures sent from Camping World ( who was authorized to open it up underneath) this is normal. I also sent recordings from inside and out. So frustrated as we've only had issues since purchasing this unit brand new. We have a 3661 RL and it came off production in sep2016. We purchased it in Jan. 2017 and have had the following issues: leaking in the rear living area, bedroom air conditioner having to be replaced, molding on cabinet separating twice, LED light molding popping out across from that cabinet, obvious spacing over front door under the paper, broken power reel when purchased, leaky valve underneath, flooding in outside television compartment, microwave convection had to be replaced, residential inverter had to be replaced. Keystone also provided $500 lodging money for use since we are full timers and have been displaced. Not sure the outcome but have to fill out a W-9 form in order to be reimbursed. This is our third camper and I just want this POS replaced. Mercy!

We had loud metallic banging noises from our rig once, a couple years ago. Turned out it was a major frame failure that we had repaired on site in the park we were staying at. It was bad enough we didn't dare try to move it again until fixed. Hopefully yours is only needing the Ghostbusters
