Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jason, and my DW is Wendy. We just purchased a Montana 3711FL and should be picking it up on the 13th. We are very excited. This will be our 3rd trailer in 4 years. We started small and kept upgrading. I am hoping this will be the trailer that brings us into retirement. Any tips or tricks will be appreciated. I will get my profile pic and signature up to date, once we take delivery.

Thank you
Jason

Welcome to the MOC, Jason, from another New Englander. I'm sure you'll find this forum useful, especially now while you're figuring things out on your new Montana.

Welcome to the forum! We're in a similar situation.

We started with a Keystone Passport 199ML in 2010/2011. (19'ft TT -Had a shorter than Short Queen bed...I remember....I'm 6'4")

Upgraded to a Keystone Cougar 29REV in 2012.(29' TT. Short Queen Bed. Very Nice but we thought bigger would be better - especially when the grand kids are still "kids".

Now upgrading to a 3791RD - pick it up Friday, Apr 10. 41' 6" with opposing sofas that convert to beds and a King Bed.

We're thinking/hoping this may be our RV for at least the next 10 years......

I guess the key is to stay away from RV shows.

Yes, DW says I can not go to anymore shows. We love the RD model. almost pulled the trigger on that one too, but I like the weight of th FL better
