Pechanga RV Park

Our son and his gal pal are coming into SO Cal in January and they will be in Murreita. We will take the BS down to that area for a few days. Has anyone stayed at the Pechanga RV Resort. We are just looking for clean roomy sites. Not really interested in the Casino much will drop a couple of bucks there but will be using it more for base of operations.
If you know of any other large site RV parks in this area that you can recommend no further south than Temecula we would like to look into them as well.

Hi Bob,

We have not actually stayed at the CG but we did visit the site. It is a very nice and clean park. Concrete pads with nice grass sections between. Site size seemed to be about average or better. Certainly large enough for your brand new BS. I don't know how long the park has existed but it seemed to be relatively new. Trees were of small to medium size. I'd suggest getting a reservation. I think this may be a busy area.

I believe there was very good security too. Can't remember anything about the noise factor but don't think it was right on a freeway.

It depends on your wants - we don't care about pool, showers, etc. Lake Skinner is a nice, kind of rustic, CG. We really like it out there and it is much cheaper. Pechanga is about 5 or 6 years old. I think Skinner is a Passport America park if you are a member.
Happy trails.............................
