Branson in late April Campsite?
A friend asked me to get input from those that have been there. They want to camp in/near Branson in late April. One camp they are looking at is Musicland Campground as most convenient for being in town for shows, etc. "You or any of your camping buds got any suggestions?"
So any input or suggestions from those that have camped there? I did provide him the RV park Review link already.
Thanks, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Safe travels.

KOA is great, ABC is nice people but the spaces are too close together with many on hillside. Need to be a mountain goat to hook up water and electric. Our favorite is Table Rock Lake State Park. They now have many sites with full hook ups. Jim

John,
We stayed at Table Rock State Park for a little over a week this past July. FHU, reasonable rates and relative close to most of Branson. We also visited Turkey Creek RV Park(Escapee park)but did not stay there. Closer to town and a little cheaper if you are an Escapee. Nice Park also.

We also stayed at the KOA and would again. Only a 1/4 mile or so off the main strip.
They have about 6-7 levels of sites from smaller backing to premium pull thrus with patios, tables, and outdoor furniture for increasing rates of course.

we stayed at musicland campground in september over labor day, it is close to everything, right behind the titanic off of 76th and easy to get around on the red, blue, green routes, but the campground is on a hill and it is stair stepped the site are pull thru but very close you look up to your neighbors slide.
