HELP Dual Battery Fire While Rehooking

We have never seen TWO batteries come from the factory?? That is confusing to us. no matter, we are VERY glad it is not more serious. Must have been pretty scary. Sounds like someone had a cool head tho to get the fire out quickly! Good luck getting this fixed. Carol
