2003 --- 3255RL. A great 5'er to full time in! Been full timeing almost 4 years. In all that time we've had only 2 problems, 1 gray water tank split and the 'fridge cooling unit change. Would like to have a new one but can't use more debt. '99 Ford F350 and '03 Montana (bought used), thats what I call a winning combination!!!! works for us.

Well I guess we win in the age category, we have a 1999 Montana that we haven't used much in the last two years as we are building a new cottage. We hope to get away for a couple of months this winter to somewhere warmer than Vermont ( I guess that's almost anywhere! ) Our Montana is holding up well (knock on whatever.) The decals are in good shape and everything works. The only real blemish is where a campground idiot creased the rounded aluminum panel on the rear passengers side while mowing. I've often thought that maybe in the first few years Montana had to really make an effort to be better than the competition to go from zero to 1st place.

Anyway, we are now retired and feeling the cold in winter so damn the bills, we'll be somewhere in Florida this winter! Any suggestions for a good, quiet, reasonable campground?
Wasn't that the first year Keystone put out the Montana, or was it '98?

Orv, I believe 1998 was the first production year for a Montana 5th wheel. The front and rear caps were flat and the edge of rubber roof didn't roll over the side wall.

We ordered 1999 Montana 2850RK in February of 1999 and took delivery in March of 1999. It's still going strong!
