John, I don't think this is normal. We've been in hot, cold, dry, humid, and anything/everything inbetween and the only time I saw a leak from a vent was when I had a roof leak that traveled across the "attic" to the vent. That was on an old Leer slidein camper years and years ago. Can you drop the shroud around the vent from the ceiling and see if the insulation around the vent area is wet? If you perhaps have a roof leak, remember the water can travel to the vent from a long ways away. Let us know what you find out. I'm sure this info will be valuable to many of us.
