Cleaning Windows

DW got into a window cleaning mode yesterday. She is upset that the sliding windows in the living slide leave about 1 1/2 inches behind the screen that you can't get at. I can't figure out how to get the screen off or the window out to complete the job. Anyone got any ideas?

Try pushing the screen up while pulling out the bottom. That's how mine work. Good luck - John

I just cleaned ours the other day, all I had to do was to lift up and pull it out.

This is long overdue, but a big Thank You to John, Dale, and Rich. I finally finished the job yesterday. One came out easily while I had to use a little force on the other. They sure do look better.
