3455sa seating
We love our 3455. We think it would be nice to have the recliners in dinette slide and long comfortable couch in rear window.

Larry have you tried it? We have with our 2980 and the couch fits fine BUT the couch is just a little to far out from the wall for the two slides to come in correctly. If I can find a narrower(is that a word?) couch, we just may move them around OR we may move the dinette set back there IF we ever find a new table! LOL

When we are staying in one place for a period of time we switch and move the couch to that rear window, it's perfect in that area, just as you have stated!!!
If we just had 3 or 4 more inches of depth to the rear window it could stay there permanently.

We have ours set that way all the time. The couch is close but it works for us.

We just got rid of the couch period. Can't imagine the room you get with that thing out of there. But we are fulltimers and room is what we need. May not be for everybody, but it works for us.

If you only need an inch or two to allow the slides to clear the couch at the back, try removing the curtain brackets on either side of the large, rear window. Leaving the brackets in the curtain casing will allow the curtains to hang properly, but will also allow them to be moved out of the way and the couch shoved all the way to the wall. (You would also need to unplug anything plugged into the rear outlets.) This works in our 2007 3400RL.

We have our couch in the rear all the time. Before we retract the slides we flip the couch on it's back, then there is room to retract the slides. It has worked well for us.

We do what Vickie said, moved it as soon as we got the 3455sa. Sooooooo much better sitting in the recliners to watch the boob tube.
