We just found a 4" long crack in the shower wall how do I fix it or will I need to replace the whole shower surround?

I would contact your dealer first. They should have access to someone that will be able to do a flawless repair. Many of the larger shower surrounds simply can't be removed after the walls are constructed.

You could use a product like this: http://www.amazon.com/Devcon-Epoxy-B...und+repair+kit

2018 3121 pick it up in Feb. took it out for a test run and a cracked formed in the corner of the stall. it was fixed. it took the vendor for keystone to fix it in 30 min. that company charges 120.00 for the service call. second trip cracked form in the other corner. it was fixed by the same company in wichita kansas.
we were not happy with this type of issue.
Has this happened to others.

Only one crack over the years, fixed with fiberglass epoxy applied to the crack, then covered cosmetically with porcelain repair kit from Lowe’s, color match close enough where not noticable. I would suspect your shower pan not supported properly underneath, with two cracks already in a new unit.

I had a crack. Took it to the dealer who sat on it for over a month with no action. I then opened a case with Keystone and asked if I could take it to a local fiberglass shop. They approved and reimbursed me for the full amount after I sent them documentation.

Or check with local marina for a mobile fiberglass repair person.

I know a lot of these shower pans/tubs are plastic and not very well supported underneath. Some of us have either fixed them ourselves or replaced them ourselves. I did a surface patch until I could order a new one, then I pulled the shower glass walls followed by the plastic surround wall, then removed fixture and shower head wall bar, and finally could remove the tub.
