Alltel Quicklink Mobile
Finally tired of the unreliable CG WiFi systems (free or $). I was already on Alltel with cell phones. I was really contemplating going to their Aircard, but they suggested that using a cell phone as a modum, it would better serve my purposes. The connection kit cost $70 and unlimited internet service is $25 per month. We are currently on an extended trip (home is Texas, and we've traveled to Tennessee Smoky Mountains, Nashville, Memphis, etc. Only problem was in CG in Memphis, that another signal overpowered my Alltel signal and could not connect. Otherwise we have been very happy with it. We did experience some slow connections in Smokies, but barely had a phone signal because of tall trees and mountains. Wife loves it as she can get on internet as we travel down road.
