The following items are needed to support the Pot-luck supper. If you can help supply any of the “WE NEED” items in addition to your main dish, it would be appreciated. I have just come into possession of a large quantity of plastic knives and forks. We'll bring them with us.

NCFishers - Thanks! We can keep them as a backup as everyone is suppose to supply their own dinnerware. The wagon-master decided on a no cost (to the attendees) rally. When I ran the NE rally several years ago, buying all the paper and plastic stuff was one of the big expenses. Bringing your own eating utensils, etc. has been done at several other rallies and it worked just fine.
Again, Thanks for your help and contribution to the rally.

Steve, we will take care of the items you listed above. Decaf coffee, rolls, butter, and tea.

Steves,
The knives and forks were free from a neighbor and if we don't bring them to things like rallys, we'll have them forever. Maybe we can give some away as door prizes or a nice parting gift.

Bob and Pam - Thanks! We will keep them in mind and once we get there we can see how many things we need. H. John Kohl sent me a note indicating they have plenty of electrical outlets in the pavilion.
