Thanks Keystone
We would like to thank Keystone for the fast response on replacing our TV, we had a problem with the speaker shorting out off and on. We purchased our rig in Poteau Ok. then we moved to McAllen TX. and the dealer in Mission did the paper work and a week later we had a new TV. THANKS AGAIN Larry & LaVonne

I believe the reason the appliance mfgers and dealers act so quick and expertly is that Keystone demands it. I am struck by this everytime I have had a problem. If an appliance mfg , and it happened one time, gave me a little , say inaction, I simply stated that I would call Keystone and let them handle it, IT NEVER WENT FURTHUR. It was handled quickly. I hope that I am not wrong and that Keystone continues to go to bat for its owners.
And Yes, thanks Keystone for your dedicated service!

Good to hear that going through keystone on appliance issues brings results. Thus far we have dealt directly with the appliance manufacturer, Apollo, Dometic.. with speedy and excellent results. We thought that going direct would save time. Dometic said we will have a new Fridge ckt board in 3 working days..I will say that in both cases both our dealer and Keystone said that if I had any problems give them a call.

Were you able to get TV sound from the DVD player until the replacement showed up?

No No No I tried, but I don't know what I was doing, so gave up and turned up the sound in the bedroom set.
