For the past couple of winters we have spent on the BLM land (Senator Wash)near the Yuma Proving Ground, Yuma Arizona. We had a great time and the cost was resonabile.

hi...we are looking for a place to winter. What is the BLM land like.
Hook up? Fishing? Costs? What do you do over winter. We have been all over the southwest and haven't found that perfect spot. Going to check out Arkansas this winter. Leaving Wis. Oct. 15th, probably won't return until April 1st. I would like to Fulltime, but hubby isn't ready to give up a "home to come home to" Maybe when he gets tired of mowing the lawn.
