Meet and Greet - Finger Food Sign-Up-Updated Info
The Meet and Greet for the Virginia - Mid-Atlantic Rally is scheduled for Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until ?? at the campground pavillion. We will be having snacks and finger foods for all attendees. These snacks will be provided by our attendees so in the interest of diversification, we are requesting sign-ups for what each person will be bringing. I will update the list as the items are specified in responses to this thread:
Bingo and Cathy - Hawaiian Meatballs
Jim and Vickie - Cookies
Jan and Polly - Raspberry salsa dip and tortilla chips
On edit: We will have sign up sheets for all events that we have planned and will discuss the event schedule openly with everyone at the Meet-and-Greet. We do need doorprize donations, if you want to participate in the White Elephant exchange, bring something for it as well. Ashley Fincham (12 years old - going on 30) will be running this event!! All values for any donations will be in the $5-$10 range. We are also going to possibly have to charge to $5-$10 per attendee to cover some of our costs, particularly if we have to purchase items for the cookout!! If we gather a sponsor for a half-and-half drawing, we will draw a winner and the other half will go to support the MOC. The fee will also be dependent upon the MOC forum support as well. I will continue posting for the next couple days to update details!!
